2. Site-Specific Engineering, Permits & Feasibility

All demolition, dismantling, earthwork excavation, equipment rental, material supply, compound wall construction, and GI sheet hard barricading works (including high-screen barricading up to 10 metres) are strictly subject to:

• Physical site inspection, soil/ground condition verification, and structural stability assessment.
• Applicable municipal demolition permits, environmental/dust control regulations, utility disconnections, and NOCs obtained by the project owner or as contractually agreed in writing.
• Lawful material sourcing, royalty/transit documentation, and fleet availability at the time of order confirmation.

3. Formal Quotations & Work Orders

Commercial engagements with RPC INFRAPROJECTS PVT. LTD. are governed solely by formal written quotations, mutually executed work orders, and specific contract terms agreed between the parties.
